Correction
In Decision CRTC 95-908, the Commission approved the application by the partners of Canal Première for a licence to operate a new, national, French-language, general interest, Direct-to-Home pay-per-view television programming undertaking.
In the appendix to that decision, condition of licence 9 sets out the amount of programming, other than filler programming, that may be produced by the licensee or by a person related to the licensee.
The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 95-908 dated 20 December 1995 by replacing condition of licence 9 with the following:
9. T he licensee is authorized to distribute Canadian programming, other than filler programming, which is produced by the licensee or by a person related to the licensee, but such programming shall not exceed, in each broadcast year, 20% of its Canadian programming schedule.
