Box 158, Oxford, Nova Scotia, B0M 1P0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Kingston, by adding a condition of licence authorizing the licensee to distribute, at its option, the programming service of the CBC English-language television signal, received via satellite, on the basic service.
