Application (951017400) by NEWFOUNDLAND BROADCASTING COMPANY LIMITED, P.O. Box 2020, St. John's, Newfoundland, A1C 5S2, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CHOZ-FM St. John's, by decreasing the effective radiated power of its Red Rocks transmitter (CKSS-FM) from 1,120 to 520 watts. The licensee proposes to change the antenna from an omnidirectional to a directional pattern, so that the useful coverage of the station will remain unchanged.
