Application (941940900) by BRAGG COMMUNICATIONS INC., P.O. Box 158, Oxford, Nova Scotia, B0M 1P0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Kingston, by adding a condition of licence authorizing the licensee to distribute, at its option, the programming service of the distant Canadian signal CFJP-TV (TQS) Montréal, Quebec, received via satellite.

3. SAINTE-ANGÈLE-DE-PRÉMONT, Quebec
Application (950237800) by REGIONAL CABLE TV (CENTRAL) INC., 1730 Marie-Victorin, Suite 201, Longueuil, Quebec, J4G 1A5, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Sainte-Angèle-de-Prémont, by relieving the licensee from the requirement that it distribute the regional signal CBMT-1 (CBC) Trois-Rivières, Quebec on the basic service, pursuant to paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986. The licensee proposes to distribute instead the signal of CBMT (CBC) Montréal, Quebec, received off-air.
