RENEWAL OF CABLE DISTRIBUTION UNDERTAKING LICENCES DUE TO EXPIRE IN 1995
The Commission has received the following applications:
ONTARIO REGION
1. CHAPLEAU, Ontario
Application (942318700) by 377566 ONTARIO LIMITED, P.O. Box 520, Chapleau, Ontario, P0M 1K0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Chapleau, by adding a condition of licence authorizing the licensee to distribute at its option, as part of the basic service, the Global Communications Limited (Global) signal.

Application (942014200) by MACLEAN HUNTER CABLE TV ONTARIO LIMITED to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving the above-noted localities:
a) y deleting the condition of licence authorizing the licensee to distribute, on a discre- tionary tier, the programming service of WJBK-TV (CBS) Detroit, Michigan received via microwave; and
b) by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to distribute, at its option, on a discretionary tier, the programming service of WUTV (FOX) Buffalo, New York received via fibre optic and microwave.
The applicant indicates that there is no subscriber fee increase associated with this application.
