Proposed Amendments to the Pay Television Regulations, 1990; and Specialty Services Regulations, 1990
The Commission has received the following application:
ATLANTIC REGION
1. KENTVILLE AND AREA, Nova Scotia
Application (942009200) by KINGS KABLE LIMITED doing business under the style of Access Cable Television, 190 Victoria Road, P.O. Box 1011, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to change the authorized service area of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Kentville and area, by adding the following areas, for a total of 68 additional households:
- an area east of Lower Wolfville along Eye Road;
- an area northeast of Port Williams via Starrs Point along Starrs Point Road;
- an area north of Kentville and west of Chipmans Corner along Church Street; and
- an area southwest of White Rock along White Rock Road.

- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
