Public Notice CRTC 1995-210
Proposed Amendments to the Pay Television Regulations, 1990
The Commission has received the following applications:
1. ACROSS CANADA
Application (950800300) by the CANADIAN SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS INC. The Commission notes that this application is in response to the recent change of affiliation of WBZ Boston from NBC to CBS. In Decision CRTC 95-803, dated 6 November 1995, the Commission replaced Cancom's authorization to distribute WBZ (NBC) with WBZ (CBS) on the list of signals which it is authorized to distribute and on the Part II list and the Part III Canadian list.
