NOTICE TO LICENSEES OF TELEVISION NETWORKS TO BROADCAST A PROGRAM
|

The Commission has received the following application:
|

Application (952221000) by ROGERS BROADCASTING LIMITED, 36 Victoria Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 1H3, to amend the Promise of Performance of CFMS-FM Victoria, by reducing the amount of instrumental selections broadcast per week from "at least 35% to less than 50%" to "less than 35%". As per the Radio Regulations 1986, the minimum Canadian musical content broadcast per week must increase from 20% to 30%.
