Transfer of control
|
The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A95-0005 dated 13 January 1995, the transfer of control of Télécâble Provincial Inc., licensee of the cable distribution undertakings serving the above-noted localities, through the transfer of 60% of the issued and outstanding shares of Télécâble Provincial Inc. to Serge Hudon (31%) and Capidem Québec Inc., a limited partnership, (29%). These shareholders already own 20% each of the voting shares of the licensee.
