Application (951851500) by COLUMBIA KOOTENAY BROADCASTING CO. LTD. to be temporarily relieved from the condition of licence to maintain the maximum percentage of musical selections qualifying as "hits" below 50% as outlined in Section F.3 Hits in the Promise of Performance of station CKKR-FM Cranbrook. The licensee is requesting permission to have the hit to non-hit ratio waived during the broadcast weeks of 24 September to 30 September 1995 and 1 October to 7 October 1995.
