The Commission has received the following applications:

1. ALBANEL (PART OF), Quebec
Application (951409200) by ROBIN GAGNON to change the authorized service area of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Part of Albanel, by adding the Côteau Marcil area located at the southwest end of the undertaking, for a total of 46 additional households.

2. BONAVENTURE, SAINT-SIMÉON AND CAPLAN, Quebec
Application (951260900) by CÂBLODISTRIBUTION G. INC., 495 Montée Wakeham, P.O. Box 1720, Gaspé, Quebec, G0C 1R0, to change the presently authorized service area of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving the above-mentioned localities, by adding the following areas, for a total of 589 additional households:
- an area west of Rivière-Caplan along highway 132 to include Bourdages and Careys Hill;
- an area northeast of Rivière-Caplan to include Mousseauville;
- an area northwest of Saint-Siméon;
- an area northwest of Bonaventure to include Thivierge;
- an area northeast of Bonaventure to include Rivière-Bonaventure;
- an area northeast of Bonaventure to include, via optical fibre link, Saint-Adélard and Saint-Elzéar (Bonaventure); and
- an area southeast of Bonaventure along highway 132 to include Pointe Bonaventure and Fauvel.

3. SAINTE-ADÈLE, Quebec
Application (951281500) by COGECO CANADA INC. (COGECO), 1630-6th Street, Suite 200, Trois-Rivières, Quebec, G8Y 5B8, on behalf of TÉLÉDIFFUSION STE-ADÈLE INC., for authority to transfer the effective control of the licensee through the transfer of all the issued and outstanding shares of the company owned by Maurice Guesthier, Marc Guesthier and Magalie Guesthier to Cogeco Cable Canada Inc. (Cogeco Cable).
As a result of this transaction, Télédiffusion Ste-Adèle Inc. will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cogeco Cable, a subsidiary of Cogeco.

(Cogeco Cable).
As a result of this transaction, Câble Laurentides Limitée will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cogeco Cable, a subsidiary of Cogeco.
