The Commission has received the following applications:

Application (951364900) by TÉLÉCÂBLE PROVINCIAL INC., 3055 Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard, Suite 222, Québec, Québec, G1P 4C6, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking to serve the above-mentioned localities, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:

"It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 31 January 1996."

The Commission has already granted an extension of the time limit to imple-ment the aforementioned authority from 28 July 1994 to 28 January 1995 and from 28 January 1995 to 28 July 1995.
