The Commission has received the following application:

1. SMITHS FALLS, Ontario

Application (942012600) by CHEZ-FM INC., 126 York Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 5T5, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CFMO-FM Smiths Falls, by relocating the transmitter site from Blacks' Corners, Ontario to Camp Fortune, Chelsea, Quebec, a distance of approximately 51 kilometres.

The applicant indicates that approval of this proposal will allow it to provide a better technical signal into Ottawa without compromising CFMO-FM's signal quality in Smiths Falls and the Ottawa Valley area.
