IN THE MATTER OF an application by Northern Telephone Limited (Northern Telephone) dated 30 May 1995 and by Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (ONTC) dated 31 May 1995, for approval of an executed copy of the 1973 Traffic Agreement between Northern Telephone and ONTC pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 95-465.
