Telecom Order CRTC 95-701
IN THE MATTER OF applications from resellers of Centrex III Service (Centrex) requesting exemptions from the contribution charges specified in Competition in the Provision of Public Long Distance Voice Telephone Services and Related Resale and Sharing Issues, Telecom Decision CRTC 92-12, 12 June 1992 (Decision 92-12).
WHEREAS the Commission notes that Bell Canada has indicated that it considers that these applications are acceptable; and
WHEREAS the Commission is of the view that the following applications meet the Commission's evidentiary requirements as set out in Decision 92-12 and in Applications for Contribution Exemptions,Telecom Decision CRTC 93-2, and Telecom Orders CRTC 93-682 and 93-1141 -
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Commission approves the following applications effective the date of application:
a) Call for Less (31 January 1995) subject to receipt of sworn affidavit.
b) Le Groupe Telecom (23 March 1995).
c) Macro Communications Inc. (4 April 1995).
d) Optel Communications Corporation (30 March 1995).
e) 3099 6243 Quebec Inc. (22 February 1995).
f) 9003 4059 Quebec Inc. (operating as Telmax Inc.) (7 February 1995).
g) Tarif Fixe Inc. (22 February 1995).
h) Telecommunications Inter-City 2000 Inc. (1 February 1995) two applications for: i) Granby and St-Hyacinthe and ii) Montreal.
i) Toronto Telecom Co. (24 February 1995) subject to receipt of sworn affidavit.
2. The Commission approves the following applications on an interim basis:
a) 1036084 Ontario Inc. (operating as Altel Canada and Tele-Pix (13 January 1995) subject to receipt of technical audit to verify usage and separation of administrative, single hop, and double hop circuits.
b) Toll-Free Telecom (13 December 1994) subject to receipt of technical audit to verify usage and separation of administrative, single hop, and double hop circuits.
