Telecom Order CRTC 95-54
IN THE MATTER OF an application by Bell Canada (Bell) dated 9 December 1994, for approval of a Letter Agreement between Bell and the Association des compagnies de téléphone du Québec (ACTQ) including an Interconnection Agreement.
WHEREAS this agreement will replace the existing Commission & Line-Haul Agreement in favour of a Carrier Access Tariff; and
WHEREAS the Commission also notes that, upon receipt of the requested approval, the company will file with the Commission executed Interconnection Agreements with each of the participating Quebec independent companies -
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The Letter Agreement between Bell and ACTQ, including the Interconnection Agreement, is hereby given interim approval.
