IN THE MATTER OF the Phase III Manual update report of Maritime Tel & Tel Limited (MT&T), dated 4 July 1995, filed in accordance with Proposed Revisions to the Phase III Manual Update Procedure, Telecom Letter Decision CRTC 89-26, 1 December 1989, Maritime Tel and Tel Limited - Phase III Manual: Compliance with CRTC Telecom Public Notice 93-65 and Telecom Order CRTC 92-204, Telecom Letter Decision CRTC 94-10, 29 July 1994 and Review of Phase III of the Cost Inquiry, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-24, 18 November 1994.

WHEREAS the Commission finds the update report acceptable -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
|
|
1. MT&T's revisions to its Phase III Manual filed on 4 July 1995 are approved.
|
|
2. The amended pages to the Phase III Manual are to be filed with the Commission and served on all Phase III interested parties within 30 days of this Order.
