Telecom Order CRTC 95-1011
IN THE MATTER OF a proposed update, dated 27 March 1995, to the Phase III and Access Study Manuals of Bell Canada (Bell) regarding BSCC 73.005 Central Office Equipment Switching Study procedure.
WHEREAS, in BSCC 73.005 Central Office Equipment Switching Investment Study, Bell proposed to allocate the Service Finder Service investment to the Monopoly Local category; and
WHEREAS in AGT Limited - Phase III Manual: Compliance with Public Notice 94-41 and Order 93-20, Telecom Decision CRTC 95-9, 26 May 1995, the Commission directed AGT Limited to assign the costs and revenues of the Service Finder Service to the Competitive Network category -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The proposed allocation of the Service Finder Service to the Monopoly Local category is denied.
2. The Service Finder Service investment in BSCC 73.005 Central Office Equipment Switching Investment Study is to be allocated to the Competitive Network category. 3. The amended pages to the Phase III and Access Study Manuals are to be filed with the Commission and served on all Phase III interested parties within 30 days of this Order.
