PROPOSED FEE
The applicant proposes to charge a basic monthly fee of $23.52 for the distribution of services. For Part III licensees, the basic monthly fee is not regulated pursuant to the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
The Commission will only proceed with this application at the public hearing if advised by the Department of Industry, Science and Technology, at least ten days prior to the hearing, that acceptable technical documentation has been filed with the Department.
