HULL, QUEBEC26 APRIL 1995, 9:00 A.M
The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 26 April 1995, at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Québec, to consider the following:
ONTARIO REGION 
1. EMBRUN, HAWKESBURY, PLANTAGENET AND ROCKLAND, Ontario
Applications (950193300, 950191700, 950192500, 950194100) by LA RADIO COMMUNAUTAIRE DE PRESCOTT-RUSSELL under the name of an association to be incorporated, for broadcasting licences to carry on French-language, Type B (FM community radio) programming undertakings at the above-noted localities, operating on a frequency of 107.7 MHz (channel 299 LP) with an effective radiated power of 33 watts, to broadcast programs during the following activities "Journée ville ouverte et Fête des mères", "Fête de la Reine", "Semaine de l'éducation" and the "Salon commercial" organized by the Hawkesbury Chamber of Commerce.
These applications are for broadcasting licences at the following locations and dates:
Hawkesbury: 28, 29, 30 April 1995
Plantagenet: 5, 6, 7 May 1995
Rockland: 12, 13, 14 May 1995
Embrun: 19, 20, 21 May 1995
The Commission will only proceed with these applications at the public hearing if advised by the Department of Industry, Science and Technology, at least ten days prior to the hearing, that they are technically acceptable.

Box 95, Oyen, Alberta, T0J 2J0, for authority to acquire the assets and for a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Oyen, upon surrender of the current licence issued to Arthur Berg, on the same terms and conditions as the current licence.

INTERVENERS REQUIRING SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION ARE REQUESTED TO INFORM THE COMMISSION AT LEAST TWENTY (20) DAYS BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE PUBLIC HEARING SO THAT THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE.

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMISSION AND PLACED ON THE PUBLIC FILE,

In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of the hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you would provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
