Extension of construction deadline
Following Public Notice CRTC 1994-150 dated 15 December 1994, the Commission has examined the application by Radio de la Baie Ltée, licensee of the radio programming undertaking CKLE-FM Bathurst/ Caraquet, to extend the deadline with regard to the construction and operation of the facilities of the transmitter to serve Campbellton/ Dalhousie from 1 October 1994 to 30 September 1996.
The Commission notes that it has already approved two earlier requests to extend this deadline. In view of the foregoing, the Commission is prepared to grant a further extension of twelve months only, expiring 30 September 1995.
