Newcap Inc. has requested the revocation of its licence for an English-language AM radio network licence for the purpose of broadcasting the hockey games of the Edmonton Oilers.
|
|
In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the above-noted radio network licence issued to Newcap Inc.
