Licence renewals
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-79 dated 12 May 1995 and Decision CRTC 95-669 date 30 August 1995, the Commission renews the licences for the radiocommunication distribution undertakings CBCP-TV-1 Shaunavon, CBCP-TV-2 Cypress Hill and CBCP-TV-3 Ponteix, from 1 December 1995 to 31 August 2002, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licences, as well as to those conditions specified in the licences to be issued.

These undertakings are owned and operated by the CBC and rebroadcast programming originating from CJFB-TV Swift Current.
