Addition of WUTV (FOX)

|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-138 dated 11 August 1995, the Commission approves the applications for authority to distribute WUTV (FOX) Buffalo, New York, received via microwave, on a discretionary tier of the undertakings serving Gravenhurst and Bracebridge.

This approval is consistent with the amendment to the Commission's policy governing the cable carriage of U.S. network signals announced in Public Notice CRTC 1994-107 dated 29 August 1994.

The Commission reminds the licensee that, before adding the distribution of this signal, it is first required to ensure that it has the necessary channel capacity to distribute the services of the new pay and specialty television undertakings licensed in June 1994.

The Commission acknowledges the intervention submitted in support of this application.
