Correction to Decision CRTC 95-71
The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 95-71 dated 28 February 1995, by replacing condition of licence number 3 with the following:
  The licensee shall remit to the rights holders of all Canadian films and to the rights holders of two Canadian-based events, in each broadcast year including the partial broadcast year ending 31 August 1995, 100% of the net revenues earned from the exhibition of these Canadian films and two Canadian-based events.
By replacing condition of licence number 3, the Commission also corrects a reference to that condition, noted at page 2 of the text of the decision.
