New radio network
Following a Public Hearing in the National Capital Region held on 15 August 1995, the Commission approves the application by Standard Broadcast Productions Limited, doing business under the name and style of "Sound Source", for an English-language radio network licence for the purpose of broadcasting the pre-season and regular season basketball games of the Toronto Raptors for the 1995-96 season of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
The Commission will issue a network licence expiring at the end of the 1995-96 NBA season, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
