Licence amendment
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-104 dated 4 July 1995, the Commission approves, by condition of licence, the application to be relieved from the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 to distribute the regional signal of CIHF-TV-7 Sydney, on the basic service of the cable distribution undertaking serving Whycocomagh, due to the poor reception quality of the signal, as confirmed by the Department of Industry.
