Transfer of control
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-101 dated 29 June 1995, the Commission approves the application for authority to transfer effective control of Big West Communications Corp., licensee of radio programming undertaking CIBW-FM Drayton Valley, from Melvin A. Stevenson to various shareholders, with no clear cut control.

The Commission has also approved the transfer of Mr. Stevenson's interest (46.36%) in the licensee to a holding company, 606924 Alberta Inc., a company wholly owned by Mr. Stevenson.

As a result of these changes, the shareholders of Big West Communications Corp. are now as follows: 606924 Alberta Inc. (46.36%), George Patton (44.56%), W. Sekura (4.54%) and R. Sekura (4.54%).
