Licence amendment
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1994-103 dated 19 August 1994, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Avola, by changing the program source of CH4329, from the Open Learning Agency (Knowledge Network) to WTBS Atlanta, Georgia and by adding two low-power transmitters to provide, in non-encrypted mode, the following programming services:

In approving the licensee's request to change the program source for CH4329, the Commission has taken into consideration the intervention from the Open Learning Agency and the licensee's reply wherein it refers to the preference expressed by a majority of its subscribers for the programming of WTBS.
