Licence renewal and amendment
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-77 dated 10 May 1995, the Commission renews the licences for the radiocommunication distribution undertakings serving Havre Saint-Pierre and Lac Allard, from 1 September 1995 to 31 August 2002, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licences, as well as to those conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
The Commission will issue one licence with respect to these two undertakings.
The Commission also approves the change of frequency for VF2009 from 93.3 MHz to 104.7 MHz and notes the change of call sign of VF2009 to VF2013.
The Commission notes that this undertaking consists of two radio transmitters VF2013 Havre Saint-Pierre and VF2149 Lac Allard which distribute the programs of CKAC Montréal.
