Licence amendments
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-68 dated 28 April 1995, the Commission approves, by condition of licence, the licensee's request to be relieved from the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(b) the Cable Television Regulations, 1986, that it distribute the regional service of CJCH-TV-6 (CTV) Caledonia, in view of the poor reception quality of this signal, as confirmed by the Department of Industry.
The Commission notes that the licensee will distribute instead the signal of CKLT-TV Saint John, New Brunswick, an extra-regional station also affiliated to the CTV network.
