Administrative renewal
For administrative reasons, the Commission renews the licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving the above-noted localities from 1 September 1995 to 31 December 1995, subject to the terms and condition in effect under the current licence.
This term should allow sufficient time for completion of the acquisition of the assets of the cable distribution undertaking licensed to La Coopérative des Communications Communautaire Limitée, by K-Right Communications Limited, approved in Decision CRTC 95-476 dated 24 July 1995.
