Licence amendment for CIAO
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-28 dated 21 February 1995, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for CIAO Brampton by:
|
|
a) deleting the terms of licence concerning the antenna site location, as set out in the licence; and
|
|
b) replacing the terms of the licence concerning the contours and particulars contained in the approved application and the studio location, with the following condition:
|
|
"It is a condition of licence that the undertaking be operated on the basis of the contours and particulars contained in the approved application, except as otherwise authorized by the Commission in writing."
|
|
This amendment is consistent with the policy guidelines set out in Public Notice CRTC 1992-72 entitled "A Review of the CRTC's Regulations and Policies for Radio".
