Addition of Global's signal
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-56 dated 11 April 1995, the Commission approves the application for authority to distribute, at the licensee's option, the Global Communications Limited signal, CIII-TV, received via satellite, as part of the basic service of the undertaking serving Gore Bay.
The distribution of this signal is in line with the guidelines on the cable distribution of distant Canadian television signals first set out in Public Notice CRTC 1985-61 and reiterated in Public Notice CRTC 1993-74.
