Correction
|
In Decision CRTC 95-291 dated 5 June 1995, the Commission renewed the licences for the above-mentioned undertakings. The Decision should have noted that, in the case of Deschambault, a Class 2 (fewer than 2,000 subscribers) undertaking, the operation of this undertaking is regulated pursuant to Parts I and III of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 (the regulations), with the exception of the requirements stipulated in section 23 of the regulations.
