Distribution of Children's Miracle Network Telethon
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-72 dated 5 May 1995, the Commission approves the application by Videotron Communications Ltd. (Videotron) for temporary relief, by condition of licence, from the requirement of section 19 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 that it not alter or curtail any programming service or radiocommunication in the course of its distribution.
This condition of licence will permit Videotron to curtail the programming of KHQ-TV Spokane, Washington, by substituting for it the programming of CITV-TV Edmonton, during the Children's Miracle Network Telethon.
This authority will be in effect only for the duration of the Children's Miracle Network Telethon to be aired from 7:00 p.m. on 3 June 1995 to 4:00 p.m. on 4 June 1995.
