Extension of construction deadline
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-47 dated 21 March 1995, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Entrelacs and surrounding areas by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:

It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and the undertaking be in operation on or before 31 July 1995.
