Revocation
Okanagan Radio Limited has requested the revocation of its English-language radio network licence for the purpose of broadcasting programming originating from CHOR Summerland on CIOR Princeton.
In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Okanagan Radio Limited for the above-mentioned undertaking.
