Licence renewals
Following Public Notice CRTC 1994-159 dated 23 December 1994, the Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the radio programming undertakings CBPV and CBPW Elk Island National Park from 1 September 1995 to 31 August 2002, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licences, as well as to those conditions specified in this decision and in the licences to be issued.
It is a condition of each licence that the station be used solely to broadcast information related to the use, natural history and other features of the national park in which it is located.
