Relief from the requirement to distribute CHLT-TV Sherbrooke
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-17 as amended by Public Notice CRTC 1995-17-1 dated 23 February 1995, the Commission approves, by condition of licence, the application by Vidéotron Ltée to be relieved of the requirement of paragraph 9(1)(c) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 to distribute local signal CHLT-TV (TVA) Sherbrooke. The licensee distributes the signal of CFTM-TV (TVA) Montréal on the basic service.
