NEWFOUNDLAND TEL - PHASE III MANUAL
On 30 September 1994, Newfoundland Telephone Company Limited (Newfoundland Tel) filed for the Commission's approval a Phase III Manual, together with an initial set of unaudited results for the calendar year 1993, pursuant to Order and Guidelines for the Filing of the Phase III Manual by Newfoundland Telephone Company Limited, Telecom Order CRTC 92-1456, 5 November 1992.
The Commission invites comment on Newfoundland Tel's Phase III Manual and on its initial set of unaudited results.
Procedure
1. Persons wishing to participate in this proceeding are to file a notice of intention to participate by writing to Mr. Allan J. Darling, Secretary General, CRTC, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0N2, fax: (819) 953-0795, by 28 October 1994. A copy of your letter should be sent to Mr. Donald R. Tarrant, General Manager - Regulatory Matters, Newfoundland Telephone Company Limited, Floor 5, Fort William Building, P.O. Box 2110, St. John's, Newfoundland, A1C 5H6, fax: (709) 739-3122. The Commission will issue a complete list of parties and their mailing addresses.
2. Newfoundland Tel is to serve on interested parties a copy of its Phase III Manual, together with the initial set of results, by 14 November 1994.
3. Interested parties may file comments with the Commission, serving copies on Newfoundland Tel and on each other, by 9 December 1994.
4. Newfoundland Tel may file a reply to any comments, serving copies on interested parties, by 6 January 1994.
5. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely mailed, by that date.
