IN THE MATTER OF an application by BC TEL dated 23 September 1994, for approval of Agreements specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group and Non-Disclosure Agreements between BC TEL and Starcom International Optics Corporation.
HAVING examined the submissions filed -
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The Agreements specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group and Non-Disclosure Agreements between BC TEL and Starcom International Optics Corporation are hereby given interim approval.
