1. CHICOUTIMI, Quebec
Application (931305700) by VIDÉOTRON LTÉE, 300 Viger Avenue East, 6th Floor, Montréal, Quebec, H2X 3W4, for the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Chicoutimi, to make the following changes:
- by adding three distant head ends, as follows:
Pie IX/Rosemont head end:

The licensee proposes to distribute, on the basic service of each undertaking, the signal of CFMT-TV-2 on channel 34 until 31 August 1994 and on channel 14 starting 1 September 1994.

- by amending the broadcasting licence relieving the licensee from the requirement that it distribute at least four television programming services delivered to its local head end by a network operator licensed to extend television and radio services to remote and underserved communities, at least one of which must be a Canadian television programming service, pursuant to Section 23 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.

The licensee intends to turn off CBSI-2 Schefferville shortly after the implementation of the new FM transmitter.

The licensee will make the signal available on their basic service package, on channel 34 until 31 August 1994 and on channel 14 commencing on 1st september 1994.
