Ltd., held by various shareholders to Shaw Communications Inc. Prairie Co-Ax T.V. Ltd. is the licensee of the (cable) distribution undertakings serving Moose Jaw, Assiniboia, White City, Lafleche, Central Butte, Bengough and Rockglen while Swift Current Cablevision Ltd. is the licensee of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Swift Current.

As a result of this transaction, Prairie Co-Ax T.V. Ltd., including its wholly-owned subsidiary Swift Current Cablevision Ltd., will be effectively owned and controlled by Shaw Communications Inc.
