Application (931883300) by NEWFOUNDLAND BROADCASTING COMPANY LIMITED, 446 Logy Bay Road, Box 2020, St. John's, Newfoundland, A1C 5S2, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (television) programming undertaking CJON-TV St. John's, by making the following changes to its transmitter CJCV-TV Clarenville:
- to change the channel from 10 to 11;
- to increase the transmitter power from 8.9 watts to an effective radiated power of 70 watts; and
- to relocate the antenna site .5 kilometre from the existing site.

Box 319, Gracefield, Quebec, J0X 1W0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Low, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:
"It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 31 December 1994."

5. TROIS-PISTOLES, Quebec
Application (940469000) by CABLEVISION T.R.P. INC., 8285 Pelletier Boulevard, Brossard, Quebec, J4X 1P6, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Trois-Pistoles, by relieving the licensee from the requirement that it distribute the signal of CFTF-TV-2 (TQS) Trois-Pistoles, a local signal, pursuant to paragraph 21(1)(a) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986. The licensee states that this signal is of poor quality.
The licensee is authorized to distribute the signal of CFJP-TV (TQS) Montréal, Quebec, received via satellite.
