INC., 8285 Pelletier Boulevard, Brossard, Quebec, J4X 1P6, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Trois-Pistoles, by relieving the licensee from the requirement that it distribute the signal of CFTF-TV-2 (TQS) Trois-Pistoles, a local signal, pursuant to paragraph 21(1)(a) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986. The licensee states that this signal is of poor quality.

The licensee is authorized to distribute the signal of CFJP-TV (TQS) Montréal, Quebec, received via satellite.
