1. NICOLET, Quebec
Application (932422900) by DÉCIBEL INC. for the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Nicolet, to make the following changes:
- by removing the local head end;
- by adding a distant head end at Victoriaville to link the Nicolet undertaking to the local head end of the Vidéotron Ltée cable undertaking serving Victoriaville, Quebec;
- by amending the broadcasting licence to be authorized to distribute, on the basic service, the following programming services which will be received via optical fibre from Victoriaville, Quebec:

- by amending the broadcasting licence to be authorized to distribute, on the basic service, the following programming services which will be received via optical fibre from Victoriaville, Quebec:

- by amending the broadcasting licence relieving the licensee from the requirement that it own and operate its local head end pursuant to section 4 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
