Amendments to the Cable Television Regulations, 1986

The Commission has received the following application:

Application (941246100) by POWER BROADCASTING INC. to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CFMK-FM Kingston, by adding a condition of licence pursuant to Section 14 of the Radio Regulations, 1986, which will permit CFMK-FM to simulcast local newscasts of its sister station CFFX at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., and 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday. These newcasts are 10 minutes each, for a weekly simulcast total of 2 1/2 hours.
