The Commission has received the following application:

Application (941220600) by REGIONAL CABLE TV (CENTRAL) INC., 1730 Marie-Victorin, Suite 201, Longueuil, Quebec, J4G 1A5, to be relieved from the requirement to distribute the regional signals CFAP-TV (TQS) Québec, CFKM-TV (TQS) and CIVC-TV (SRTQ) Trois-Rivières, Quebec on the basic service of its (cable) distribution undertaking serving Notre-Dame-des-Anges, pursuant to paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986. The applicant proposes instead to distribute the signals of CFJP-TV (TQS) and CIVM-TV (SRTQ) Montréal, Quebec, received via satellite.
