The Commission has received the following applications:

1. OWEN SOUND AND COLLINGWOOD, Ontario
Application (940650500) by BAYSHORE BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CFOS Owen Sound, by establishing a rebroadcast station at Collingwood on frequency 1610 KHz with power of 1,000 watts.

2. WEBEQUIE, Ontario
Application (941510000) by the WEBEQUIE NATIVE VENTURES NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Webequie, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:
"It is a condition of licence that the construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 31 December 1994".
The Commission has already granted an extension of the time limit to implement the aforementioned authority from 30 July 1994 to 30 September 1994.

Intervention

In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of a hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
