Box 8-590, St. John's, Newfoundland, A1B 3P5, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking VOCM-FM St. John's, by changing the Promise of Performance by eliminating its annual commitment of $9,320 to the development of Canadian talent for the licence term ending 31 August 1995.

Application (940805500) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CBGA Matane, by increasing the effective radiated power of its transmitter CBGA-8-FM Iles-de-la-Madeleine from 3,700 to 4,400 watts.
The above-noted change is the result of the installation of a new antenna.
The licensee indicates that there is no change in the authorized coverage area of the station.

The above-noted change is the result of the installation of a new antenna.
The licensee indicates that there is no change in the authorized coverage area of the station.

Application (941387300) by MÉGANTIC TRANSVISION INC. to be relieved from the requirement to comply with subsection 10(2) Cable Television Regulations, 1986 requiring, inter alia, that a Part II eligible satellite service be distributed as a discretionary service, in order to distribute on the basic service of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Lac Mégantic, the signal of WJBK-TV (CBS) Detroit, Michigan received via satellite from the CANCOM network.
The licensee proposes to distribute the signal of WJBK-TV (CBS) Detroit, Michigan to replace the signal of WCAX-TV (CBS) Burlington, Vermont.
The licensee states that there will be no increase in fees following this change.
